The Fluid-o-Tech PA 611 is a high-capacity, positive displacement rotary vane pump belonging to the renowned PO/PA 500-1000 Series. Engineered for high-flow, high-pressure fluid transfer applications, this model is constructed with a robust Stainless Steel (AISI 303) housing and rotor. This premium metallurgy offers exceptional durability and corrosion resistance, making it an ideal choice for handling purified water and moderately aggressive liquids in commercial reverse osmosis (RO) systems, ultra-filtration setups, booster systems, and industrial cooling loops.
Designed for continuous-duty reliability, the PA 611 features a high-density carbon graphite internal pumping chamber and vanes that ensure a smooth, pulsation-free delivery. It utilizes a standard Carbonator Clamp Mount for secure, direct coupling to compatible NEMA 48Y or 56C motors using a stainless steel V-band clamp. This pump delivers a consistent nominal flow rate of up to 190 GPH at 60Hz (1725 RPM) and safely operates at pressures up to 230 PSI. Additionally, it is equipped with a Standard Bypass Relief Valve to precisely manage extraction pressures and protect downstream components from unexpected pressure spikes.

The PO 500-1000 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housing with ½” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 500 and 1000 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any vane pumps of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 320 GPH. Maximum discharge pressure is 230 psi (16 bar). This series mounts directly to widely available NEMA 48Y motor by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.
