Product Description
The DuPont FilmTec™ BW30HRLE-440i is a premier Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) element engineered to provide exceptional water quality while operating at pressures up to 33% lower than standard BWRO elements. This 8 inch by 40 inch element is the top choice for large-scale industrial and municipal applications seeking reduced energy consumption and lower operational costs (OPEX).
It features a large active area of 440 square feet and includes the patented iLEC™ interlocking end caps, which reduce the risk of o-ring leaks and simplify element loading. The element delivers a nominal permeate flow of 12,650 Gallons Per Day (GPD) with a high stabilized salt rejection of 99.3% (tested against 2,000 ppm NaCl at 150 PSI). Its chemical tolerance and wide cleaning pH range (1−13) provide superior cleaning performance and robustness for long element life.
