The CAT Pumps 4DNX27GSI is a specialized Triplex Plunger Pump designed as a high-performance upgrade for direct-drive gas engine systems. As a true Positive Displacement Pump, it utilizes three synchronized ceramic plungers to deliver a steady, reliable flow that maintains its volume even when the nozzle pressure changes. This model is constructed with a durable Brass manifold and 304 Stainless Steel valve assemblies, ensuring significantly longer service life and corrosion resistance compared to the axial cam pumps typically found on consumer machines.
Engineered for seamless integration, the 4DNX27GSI features a 3/4" hollow shaft that mounts directly to standard 5.5HP–6.5HP gas engines. It comes fully assembled with an integral regulating unloader and a chemical injector, offering a complete "drop-in" solution for pressure washing applications.
