The CAT Pumps 66DX40G1I is a high-performance Triplex Plunger Pump engineered for heavy-duty gas engine pressure washers. As a Positive Displacement Pump, it utilizes three synchronized plungers to deliver a consistent, powerful flow regardless of system pressure changes. This model is constructed with a durable Brass manifold and 304 Stainless Steel valve assemblies, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion and wear in demanding commercial environments.
Designed for direct-drive efficiency, the 66DX40G1I features a 1" hollow shaft that bolts directly to the face of 9HP to 13HP gas engines (such as the Honda GX390). It comes fully assembled with a modular regulating unloader and a fixed chemical injector, providing a complete "bolt-on" solution for professional pressure washing equipment. With a verified flow rate of 4.0 GPM at 4,000 PSI, it provides the high-impact cleaning power needed for stripping paint, cleaning concrete, and washing industrial machinery.
