The CAT Pumps 7CP6110CSG1 is a high-flow Triplex Plunger Pump assembly designed for specialized cleaning applications. While it utilizes the robust 7CP frame, it is specifically listed by the manufacturer as a replacement pump for heavy-duty pressure washers where high volume is critical. This unit features a Forged Brass manifold and high-density, polished solid ceramic plungers, engineered for durability and consistent performance in demanding commercial environments.
Engineered for direct-drive gas systems, this pump comes equipped with a bolt-on gearbox featuring a 1" hollow shaft. This allows it to mount directly to standard 11HP – 13HP gas engines (such as the Honda GX390). The gearbox reduces the engine's 3400 RPM to a lower, optimal pump speed, enabling the unit to deliver a massive 10.0 GPM at 1,450 PSI. This unique "High Flow / Low Pressure" performance curve makes it the industry standard for Soft Wash systems, agricultural spraying, and heavy-duty rinsing where flushing volume is required over stripping force.
