The Fluid-o-Tech PA 1011 is a compact, high-precision brass rotary vane pump from the Rotoflow® line. This model is engineered for continuous duty in small- to medium-sized commercial applications, offering reliable, pulse-free flow up to 300 LPH (79 GPH). Its small footprint and consistent performance make it a staple in espresso machines, reverse osmosis (RO) boost systems, and water dispensing equipment.
The PA prefix is crucial as it indicates that this pump includes a built-in, adjustable bypass/relief valve. This integrated valve allows the user to easily set and maintain the system's maximum operating pressure, diverting excess flow back to the inlet side when the system is dead-headed or restricted. This feature protects the system and pump integrity. The pump is designed for clamp-on mounting (no 'F' suffix), fitting standard motor couplings via a keyway slot, and is constructed with a brass body and stainless steel and carbon graphite internals for longevity.

The PO 500-1000 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housing with ½” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 500 and 1000 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any vane pumps of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 320 GPH. Maximum discharge pressure is 230 psi (16 bar). This series mounts directly to widely available NEMA 48Y motor by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.
