Fluid-o-Tech PA711 Stainless Steel Rotary Vane Pump
The Fluid-o-Tech PA711 is a high-volume, positive displacement rotary vane pump belonging to the heavy-duty PO/PA 500-1000 Series. Engineered for consistent, pulsation-free fluid transfer, this model features a robust stainless steel housing and an AISI 303 stainless steel rotor. The internal pumping chamber and vanes are constructed from high-density carbon graphite, providing a self-lubricating mechanism that extends operational life and ensures reliable performance in continuous-duty applications. It is widely utilized in commercial reverse osmosis (RO) systems, cooling circuits, and water dispensing equipment where non-corrosive fluid handling is required.
Designed for higher flow demands, the PA711 delivers a nominal flow rate of 700 liters per hour (185 GPH) at a standard 1450 RPM, scaling up to approximately 232 GPH when operated at 1725 RPM. It is equipped with standard 1/2" NPT(F) inlet and outlet ports and features an integrated, adjustable internal relief valve (bypass) to safely regulate pressure directly at the pump head up to 230 PSI. Utilizing a standard carbonator clamp (v-band) mounting interface, it easily integrates with widely available NEMA 48Y or 56C electric motors, making it an excellent high-capacity upgrade for systems requiring enhanced output without changing the physical footprint.

The PO 500-1000 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housing with ½” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 500 and 1000 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any vane pumps of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 320 GPH. Maximum discharge pressure is 230 psi (16 bar). This series mounts directly to widely available NEMA 48Y motor by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.
