Collection: Series 150 RO Controllers

Microprocessor RO Controllers with Configurable Monitoring & Relay Control

This Series 150 microprocessor RO controller platform provides monitoring and control for commercial and industrial reverse osmosis systems, managing the high-pressure pump, inlet solenoid valve, and automatic flush valve while tracking storage tank level, feed pressure, water quality, and operating hours from a single unit. Every configuration in this lineup shares the same core platform: a 2-line by 20-character backlit LCD display, three base relay outputs, four dry contact inputs, and a hinged NEMA 4X enclosure built for demanding installation environments.

Four configurations are available, each adding specific capability on top of that shared base. S150 is the standard configuration, suited to straightforward systems where core pump/valve control and permeate water quality monitoring cover the requirement. S151 adds an I/O expander, giving you two additional relay outputs for permeate divert or remote alarm, plus an auxiliary relay with a low-tank input. S152 adds a second TDS/conductivity board and sensor, enabling independent feed-water monitoring alongside permeate monitoring. S153 includes both upgrades, combining full feed-and-permeate water quality tracking with the expanded relay capacity of the I/O expander.

Choosing the right configuration: If your system just needs reliable core control, S150 covers it. If you need to divert off-spec permeate, trigger a remote alarm, or shut down automatically on a low-tank condition, look at S151. If tracking incoming water quality separately from output quality matters — catching a pretreatment failure before it reaches the membrane — S152 is built for that. If you need both feed-water monitoring and the expanded relay capacity, S153 combines them in one unit.

All four configurations require a few options to be specified at the time of order — controller supply voltage, permeate conductivity scale, communications type, and enclosure size — since each unit is built for the specific application it's going into. Why Choose a Pre-Assembled Controller

  • UL/cUL Certification Available: Select the UL-labeled voltage option at checkout to get a pre-certified control system, without the cost and lead time of certifying a custom-wired panel yourself. This helps satisfy requirements from insurance adjusters and building inspectors and removes the legal uncertainty often associated with custom-wired, uncertified control boxes.
  • Engineering Efficiency & Labor Savings: Skip the labor of sourcing parts, drilling enclosures, mounting hardware, and wiring everything by hand. This unit arrives ready to install, letting your team focus on system deployment rather than electrical assembly.
  • Turnkey Reliability: Avoid the risk of installation errors and complex onsite troubleshooting. Each controller is a pre-tested, integrated unit where the TDS sensor, relay logic, and flush timing are verified to work together correctly right out of the box.
  • Unified Warranty & Support: Simplify your maintenance workflow with a single point of contact. Rather than troubleshooting individual components sourced separately, you have one place to go for support and warranty coverage, reducing system downtime.
  • Professional Uniformity & Scalability: Ideal for operations that need consistency across multiple installations. Standardized wiring and a rugged NEMA 4X finish mean every install looks the same and stays easy to service.
