The FilmTec™ LC LE-4040 (Large Commercial, Low Energy) is a high-productivity reverse osmosis element designed to provide high-quality water for commercial and light industrial applications. This 4-inch diameter membrane is engineered to operate at significantly lower pressures compared to standard brackish water elements, allowing for substantial energy savings and reduced operating costs without sacrificing permeate quality.
Utilizing DuPont’s advanced thin-film composite polyamide technology, the LC LE-4040 is ideal for applications requiring consistent performance in harsh water conditions. With an industry-leading active surface area of 94 square feet, this element reduces fouling by operating at a lower flux while maintaining high flow rates.
