The core of the filtration system features a premium, USA-made MEM-2514SW-HF seawater reverse osmosis membrane housed within a robust fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pressure vessel. This natural-colored FRP housing is produced using an advanced filament winding process, ensuring the structural integrity required to safely handle continuous operating pressures up to 1,000 PSI.

To guarantee maximum longevity in harsh, corrosive maritime environments, high-pressure fluid transfer is driven by a specialized Cat Pumps 2SF10SEEL positive displacement pump. Constructed with a precision-machined 316 stainless steel manifold, this direct-drive pump delivers a precise 1.0 GPM flow rate at up to 1,200 PSI and mounts seamlessly to the user-specified 56C frame electric motor (available in 12/24VDC or 115/230V configurations). To complete the setup, the kit is fully equipped with heavy-duty control and monitoring accessories, including a 316L stainless steel 0-6000 PSI high-pressure regulating valve, a 316 stainless steel 0-1500 PSI liquid-filled pressure gauge, and a 1/4" NPT panel-mounted flowmeter.
