The CAT Pumps 4DNX27GSI is a premium Direct Drive Triplex Plunger Pump engineered for high-performance pressure washing applications. As the standard replacement pump for the Simpson 67102 (ALH3228-S) pressure washer, this unit is designed to bolt directly to gas engines with a 3/4" horizontal shaft, such as the Honda GX200. It features a compact, hollow-shaft design that eliminates the need for belts or pulleys, making it an efficient and reliable choice for both residential and commercial cleaning tasks.

Constructed with a durable Forged Brass Manifold, the 4DNX27GSI offers superior corrosion resistance and strength compared to standard aluminum pumps. It is equipped with solid ceramic plungers and high-quality NBR seals, ensuring a long service life even under continuous use. The pump comes complete with a built-in Integral Unloader and a fixed chemical injector, simplifying installation and providing immediate pressure regulation and detergent application capabilities right out of the box.
