Fluid-o-Tech PA301 Rotary Vane Pump
The Fluid-o-Tech PA301 is a highly efficient, positive displacement rotary vane pump engineered specifically for transferring water and moderately aggressive liquids at low flow rates and high pressures. Constructed with a durable, lead-free brass housing and a stainless steel AISI 303 rotor, this pump utilizes a specialized pumping chamber and precision vanes manufactured entirely from self-lubricating carbon graphite. This premium internal metallurgy ensures a smooth, pulsation-free delivery, exceptionally quiet operation, and a long service life. It is an industry-standard component widely specified for continuous-duty commercial applications, including reverse osmosis systems, ultra-filtration, post-mix drink dispensers, and commercial cooling loops.
Designed to maximize operational reliability, the PA301 delivers a precise flow rate of 1.75 GPM (105 GPH) and can withstand a maximum static pressure of 290 PSI. It features a standard carbonator clamp (V-band) mounting configuration, which allows for quick and seamless direct coupling to NEMA 48Y or standard NEMA 56C electric motors using an appropriate adapter. The pump is equipped with standard 3/8" NPT(F) inlet and outlet ports and utilizes NSF-approved NBR (Buna-N) seals, ensuring strict compliance for potable water and food-grade beverage systems. By combining tight internal tolerances with advanced rotary vane mechanics, this compact pump provides the consistent liquid handling required for mission-critical commercial equipment.

The PO 70-400 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housings with 3/8” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 70 and 400 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any vane pump of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 530 l/h. Maximum discharge pressure is 16 bar (230 psi). This series mounts directly to NEMA 48Y motors by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.
