Car wash reclaim pits are notorious for accumulating dirt, bird droppings, and algae, leading to murky water and severe hydrogen sulfide (rotten egg) smells. Acting as a dedicated organics removal membrane, this element aggressively strips the recycled water of Total Organic Carbon (TOC). By eliminating this biological food source, it serves as a powerful TOC reduction membrane that provides essential odor control and odor reduction for the entire wash facility. Furthermore, it functions as a highly effective surfactant and soap rejection membrane, blocking heavy foaming agents and waxes so your undercarriage blasters spray clean, clear water rather than unwanted, recycled suds.

Designed to maximize facility profitability, this wash water recovery element operates effectively at a standard test pressure of just 70 PSI, drastically reducing the electrical demands on system booster pumps compared to standard RO systems. Under standard test conditions, this high-flux element produces a robust nominal permeate flow rate of 2,000 gallons per day (GPD) while maintaining a stabilized salt rejection rate of 97.0% for magnesium sulfate (MgSO4). By delivering an optimal balance of high throughput and precise separation, it ensures continuous, high-purity water production for severe-duty reclamation environments.
