Series 150 Microprocessor RO Controller

 

The Series 150 Microprocessor RO Controller provides comprehensive, reliable control for reverse osmosis (RO) systems. Engineered for OEM flexibility, this controller features advanced functionality suitable for various commercial and industrial applications.

The unit is equipped with a clear LCD display that delivers essential real-time operational feedback, including system status, water quality (TDS/conductivity), operating hours, and water temperature. Control is managed through five relay outputs, allowing direct operation of critical components such as the high-pressure pump (up to 1 HP single phase), inlet valve, and automatic flush valve.

Key control functions include monitoring for low and high-pressure switches, tracking storage tank levels (1-2 switches), and providing a pre-treatment lockout input. The Series 150 controller features temperature-compensated TDS/conductivity monitoring, ensuring accurate water quality readings for optimal system performance and water purity.
