The CAT Pumps 1051D.0110 is a heavy-duty 15-Frame Triplex Plunger Pump engineered for demanding industrial fluid transfer applications where maximum corrosion resistance is required. What sets this model apart is its exceptionally robust Duplex Stainless Steel manifold paired with 316 Stainless Steel valve assemblies. This specialized metallurgy provides significantly higher strength and chemical resistance than standard 316 stainless, making it the premier choice for pumping highly aggressive fluids such as seawater in reverse osmosis (SWRO) desalination plants, deionized (DI) water, and harsh industrial chemicals.

Delivering reliable, continuous-duty performance, the 1051D provides a standard flow rate of 10.0 GPM at 2200 PSI when operating at 958 RPM. It also features an alternate specification, capable of safely achieving 12.3 GPM at 1800 PSI when run at 1180 RPM. The ".0110" suffix designates that this specific factory configuration is fully upgraded with premium FPM (Fluorocarbon / Viton) seals and O-rings. This specialized seal package extends the pump's thermal and chemical capabilities, allowing it to safely process high-temperature liquids up to 180°F (82°C) while providing smooth, low-pulsation flow thanks to its advanced triplex design.
