PV-2521SW: HCTI's American-Made Fiberglass Pressure Vessel (2.5" x 21")

The PV-2521SW is a fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pressure vessel proudly designed and manufactured in the United States by HCTI (Hydrocomponents & Technologies, Inc.). Built in-house as part of HCTI's own domestically produced vessel line, the PV-2521SW gives customers a dependable, American-made vessel backed directly by the company that builds it. Sized to house a single 2.5" x 21" membrane element, the PV-2521SW is the next step up from HCTI's 14" vessel, suited to applications that call for a bit more membrane length in the same compact 2.5" diameter footprint.

Constructed with a durable, non-corrosive fiberglass housing in natural color (white finish available on request), the PV-2521SW features end-entry feed and brine ports standard on every unit. An anodized aluminum retaining clamp locking device makes installation straightforward, while flush-mount anodized aluminum or acetal co-polymer end plugs, backed by stainless steel backing plates, keep fitting installation simple and effortless. FDA-approved ethylene propylene (EPDM) O-rings are standard, with silicone and other compound options available on request for specialized applications.

Rated for 1,000 PSI working pressure, the PV-2521SW is built with maximum separation between the permeate port and the feed/concentrate port, allowing the use of larger fittings without crowding. At 24" overall length, it's sized for watermaker, desalination, and small-scale RO installations that need a single 2.5" x 21" element housed in a proven, US-manufactured vessel.
