Designed for continuous, long-term use as housings for reverse osmosis. The vessel delivers the structural integrity required to operate safely under extreme continuous-duty pressures. It is made with high quality FRP with an advanced winding process. Specifically, the filament wound FRP shell is composed of continuous fiber glass impregnated with heated epoxy resin system. This exceptional construction allows the housing to safely withstand a maximum operating pressure of 1,000 PSI (69 bar). The allowable water PH range is 3-10 under normal operation conditions. To resist harsh, corrosive marine environments and UV exposure, the exterior is finished with a protective white coating.

The housing is engineered to securely accommodate a single standard 2.5-inch by 21-inch spiral-wound membrane element. The heavy-duty vessel features an overall length of 26.00 inches. For a secure, leak-proof seal, the assembly includes precision-machined Stainless Steel end plugs and a Stainless Steel retaining device. The end caps feature a double O-ring design utilizing standard O-rings to prevent high-pressure bypass. It utilizes standard 1/4-inch NPT ports for straightforward plumbing integration. The necessary mounting straps and rubber saddles are included for a complete installation. Furthermore, the allowable water PH range is 2-12 when vessel is periodically cleaned.
