This is a heavy-duty, single-element PVC pressure vessel engineered specifically for aggressive, corrosive, and high-salinity water treatment applications. Proudly Made in the USA, this housing is designed to seamlessly accommodate one standard 2.5-inch by 21-inch spiral-wound membrane element. While standard commercial systems often rely on stamped stainless steel commodity vessels, this premium housing is precision-machined from heavy-wall, specialized PVC extrusions on a lathe. This dedicated manufacturing process produces a structurally reinforced vessel specifically engineered to eliminate the corrosion, rust, and wall-thinning failures common in demanding brackish environments.

Constructed from premium, NSF-approved white PVC, the vessel features sturdy PVC collars and flush-mount, easy-aligning end plugs that ensure exceptional structural integrity while making fitting installation completely effortless. In high-TDS and brackish water filtration, the reverse osmosis process continuously concentrates dissolved minerals and aggressive chlorides along the reject path, forcing a harsh brine stream directly against the interior vessel walls. While 304 and 316 stainless steel housings are highly vulnerable to chloride attack, stress corrosion cracking, and catastrophic pinhole pitting under these conditions, this PVC pressure vessel is 100% impervious to chloride corrosion, harsh cleaning chemicals, and salt degradation.

Built to deliver long-term reliability in continuous-use commercial operations, this pressure vessel is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 225 PSI—providing the ideal pressure threshold for brackish well water and coastal feed streams. Its intelligent structural layout maximizes the spatial separation between the 1/4-inch permeate port and the 1/4-inch feed and brine ports, comfortably accommodating larger high-pressure fittings and manifolds without clearance constraints.
