Assembly and routine maintenance are significantly streamlined through the integration of flush-mount end plugs—available in either anodized aluminum or acetal co-polymer with stainless steel backing plates—which are firmly secured by robust anodized aluminum retaining clamp locking devices. To ensure safe, leak-free operation, the housing comes standard with FDA-approved ethylene propylene O-rings. Featuring a universal-style internal profile, this commercial-grade vessel is engineered to seamlessly accommodate standard 2.5-inch by 40-inch membrane elements, providing steadfast structural integrity for heavy-duty, high-pressure liquid handling systems.
