The CAT Pumps 2565BH is a specialized industrial Triplex Plunger Pump designed for direct-drive applications using a bell housing. As a positive displacement pump, it delivers a consistent and powerful flow, essential for high-demand cleaning operations. Unlike the standard 2565, the 2565BH features a modified, unpainted bearing cover specifically machined to mate flush with an SAE C hydraulic bell housing. This design allows for a compact, direct connection to a hydraulic motor, making it the industry standard for mobile High-Pressure Wash trucks and hydro-excavating equipment where space is at a premium.

Built for heavy-duty resilience, the 2565BH is constructed with a high-strength Forged Brass inlet manifold and a Brass block-style discharge manifold, combined with 304 Stainless Steel valve assemblies to ensure robust corrosion resistance. It utilizes high-density, polished solid ceramic plungers to create a smooth, durable wear surface that significantly extends seal life. With a massive verified flow rate of 20 GPM at 2,500 PSI, this pump provides the high-volume performance required for effective large-scale industrial cleaning and jetting tasks.
