Product Description

The CAT Pumps 291.0110 is a highly durable 3-Frame Triplex Piston Pump engineered for reliability in light industrial and commercial cleaning systems. This model delivers a maximum flow of $3.5\text{ GPM}$ at a maximum pressure of $1,200\text{ PSI}$. The lower $1,200\text{ RPM}$ speed is ideal for belt-drive applications, promoting excellent inlet suction capabilities and significantly extending the pump's service life.

The pump's fluid end is constructed with a high-grade 316 Stainless Steel Manifold, which provides superior corrosion resistance compared to brass models, making it suitable for applications involving mild chemicals, demineralized water, and moderate temperatures.

The key feature of the .0110 configuration is the seal upgrade: it utilizes high-performance FPM (Viton) seals and O-Rings. This elastomer configuration boosts the pump's compatibility with a wider range of aggressive chemicals and allows for continuous operation with liquid temperatures up to 180∘F (82∘C).
