The CAT Pumps 3531DHS.0770 is a specialized Industrial Triplex Plunger Pump engineered for extreme chemical compatibility and high-temperature applications. Based on the robust 35-Frame "HS" (High Strength) platform, this unit features a 316 Stainless Steel manifold that offers superior corrosion resistance against aggressive fluids, deionized water, and chemical solutions that would destroy standard brass pumps.
The ".0770" suffix indicates a factory-installed high-performance seal configuration. This model is equipped with Pure PTFE (Teflon®) high/low-pressure seals and FFKM (Isolast®) O-rings. This specialized sealing system allows the pump to handle harsh solvents and high fluid temperatures up to 200°F (93°C), significantly higher than the standard NBR rating.
