🏭 CAT Pumps 3537HS.44101 Triplex Plunger Pump (TEG)

The CAT Pumps 3537HS.44101 is a specialized Triplex Plunger Pump engineered specifically for Triethylene Glycol (TEG) dehydration systems used in the oil and gas industry. Unlike standard water pumps, this "TEG" edition is built to handle high-temperature glycol up to 240°F (116°C), a critical requirement for removing water from natural gas.

This model features a Nickel Aluminum Bronze (NAB) manifold, which offers exceptional corrosion resistance and strength for harsh industrial environments, paired with 316 Stainless Steel valve assemblies. To withstand the aggressive nature of hot glycol, it is fitted with specialized FPM (Viton®) O-rings and blended PTFE high and low-pressure seals. The "HS" designation in this series indicates the use of high-strength connecting rods and plunger rods, optimizing the drive-end for the rigorous continuous-duty cycles required in dehydration plants.
