The CAT Pumps 3CP1120G is a specialized Triplex Plunger Pump equipped with an integrated gearbox, designed specifically for heavy-duty portable cleaning applications. As a true Positive Displacement Pump, it utilizes three synchronized ceramic plungers to deliver a smooth, constant flow, ensuring reliable performance even under varying load conditions. This model features a high-strength Forged Brass manifold and 304 Stainless Steel valve assemblies, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear in commercial pressure washing environments.
Unlike standard direct-drive pumps that run at high speeds, the 3CP1120G uses a gearbox to reduce the engine speed down to a slower 1725 RPM (approximate). This reduction significantly lowers heat and vibration, extending the life of the pump seals and bearings.
