The PV-4080-OS is a heavy-duty, two-element pressure vessel engineered for continuous-use commercial and industrial reverse osmosis (RO) systems. Designed with an 80-inch internal capacity, it seamlessly accommodates two standard 4-inch by 40-inch spiral-wound membrane elements. The housing is constructed from premium 304-grade stainless steel featuring a fine satin finish, providing robust structural integrity and reliable corrosion resistance against standard water treatment chemicals and environmental wear.

Engineered for precision and ease of maintenance, this vessel utilizes a highly secure stainless steel U-clamp retaining system alongside flush-mount molded end cups, ensuring effortless installation and a stable, leak-proof seal under pressure. The design maximizes the spatial separation between the 1/2-inch permeate port and the 3/4-inch side-entry feed and brine (concentrate) ports, which comfortably allows for the integration of larger system fittings without clearance issues.
