The CAT Pumps 6041 is a massive, industrial-duty triplex positive displacement reciprocating piston pump engineered for high-capacity, continuous-duty applications. Built on the heavy-duty 60-frame crankcase, this model features a 316 Stainless Steel manifold and 304 Stainless Steel valve assemblies, providing exceptional corrosion resistance. This makes it a premier choice for demanding fluid handling environments, including reverse osmosis (RO), desalination, industrial wastewater treatment, and large-scale pressure washing operations.

Designed to operate at a low 500 RPM via a belt drive, the 6041 significantly reduces wear on internal components and extends the overall service life of the pump. It utilizes CAT's signature Uniflow design, which features a mechanically actuated inlet valve that provides a continuous forward fluid flow, resulting in strong suction and smooth, low-pulsation operation.
