The CAT Pumps 67DX39G1I is a high-performance Triplex Plunger Pump engineered for heavy-duty gas engine pressure washers. As a direct-drive unit, it is designed to bolt directly to large frame engines (like the Honda GX390) via a 1" hollow shaft. This model is famous for its durability, featuring a Forged Brass manifold that offers superior strength against cracking compared to standard cast pumps.

This pump is the direct OEM replacement for the popular Simpson 7107583. It comes fully assembled with a built-in regulating unloader and chemical injector, allowing for immediate installation. With a massive performance rating of 4.0 GPM (3.9 GPM rated) at 4,000 PSI, it provides the high-impact stripping power needed for concrete cleaning, graffiti removal, and industrial equipment washing.

 Fitment Note: This pump requires a gas engine with a 1" Horizontal Shaft (typically 9HP to 13HP). It will not fit smaller 5HP–6.5HP engines.
