CAT Pumps 7363 Stainless Steel Pressure Regulator

The CAT Pumps 7363 is a heavy-duty 316 Stainless Steel Pressure Regulator designed for high-flow pumping systems. With a flow capacity ranging from 10 to 60 GPM, this regulator is engineered to maintain a consistent system pressure by bypassing excess liquid while the pump is running. Unlike standard unloaders, this regulator keeps the system pressurized even when in bypass mode, making it ideal for multi-gun or multi-nozzle applications where a quick return to full operating pressure is required without the lag of a trapped-pressure unloader.

Constructed from superior 316 Stainless Steel with FPM (Viton) elastomers, the 7363 offers exceptional resistance to corrosion and high temperatures (up to 240°F). It features a 1" NPT inlet port and a large 1-1/4" NPT bypass port to effectively handle high volumes of bypassed fluid. This unit is typically installed using a tee fitting in the discharge line, ensuring protection against pressure spikes and smooth operation for industrial pressure washers, reverse osmosis systems, and wash-down applications.
