Hydranautics CPA2-4040 High Rejection RO Membrane
The Hydranautics CPA2-4040 is a high-performance Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (RO) Element recognized as the industry benchmark for applications requiring maximum salt removal. Part of the renowned CPA (Composite Polyamide) series, this 4-inch membrane utilizes advanced polyamide thin-film composite technology to achieve superior rejection rates, making it the ideal choice for producing ultra-pure water for pharmaceutical use, power generation (boiler feed), and semiconductor manufacturing.
With a permeate flow rate of 2,250 GPD, the CPA2-4040 balances productivity with exceptionally high permeate quality. It is designed to operate at a standard test pressure of 225 PSI, effectively removing 99.5% of dissolved salts, silica, and TOC (Total Organic Carbon) from tap or brackish feed water. Its robust construction and standard dimensions allow it to fit seamlessly into any standard 4040 stainless steel or PVC pressure vessel.
