The Hydranautics CPA5-LD-4040 is a 4-inch diameter Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) membrane element specifically engineered for high-rejection performance combined with enhanced fouling resistance. This element is part of Hydranautics' premium CPA (Composite Polyamide) series, which sets the standard for high-performance RO membranes globally.

The "LD" (Low Differential Pressure) technology utilizes a proprietary 34 mil feed spacer that is designed to minimize bio-growth and prevent the trapping of colloidal particles. This significantly reduces fouling and improves the effectiveness of cleanings, extending the element's lifespan and reducing system downtime—a critical advantage in waters prone to biological or colloidal contamination.
