Hydranautics ESPA-2514 Energy-Saving RO Membrane

 

The Hydranautics ESPA-2514 is a high-productivity, 2.5-inch reverse osmosis element engineered for energy-efficient water treatment in commercial and light industrial systems. As a member of the ESPA (Energy Saving Polyamide) family, it is designed to deliver high permeate flux at significantly lower operating pressures than standard brackish water membranes. This performance profile allows for substantial reductions in energy consumption and operational costs for systems treating tap water and low-salinity brackish water sources.

Utilizing advanced composite polyamide thin-film technology, the ESPA-2514 maintains high salt rejection standards even at lower feed pressures. Its compact 14-inch length is specifically designed to fit into smaller pressure vessels, making it an excellent choice for space-constrained applications such as bottling operations, laboratory water systems, and small municipal potable water plants. With a nominal salt rejection of 99.4% and a permeate flow rate of 250 gallons per day, this element provides a reliable and cost-effective solution for producing high-quality purified water.
