Hydranautics ESPA-4021 Energy Saving RO Membrane Element

 

The Hydranautics ESPA-4021 is a high-performance Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane element designed for significant energy savings in commercial and light industrial applications. Part of the highly successful Energy Saving Polyamide (ESPA) series, this element provides exceptional salt rejection while operating at ultra-low pressures.

The 4-inch by 21-inch configuration is ideal for smaller systems, delivering a nominal permeate flow of 1,000 GPD at a low applied pressure of just 150 psi. This low-pressure requirement directly translates to lower energy consumption and reduced operational costs compared to standard brackish water RO membranes. The ESPA-4021 maintains high water quality, achieving a nominal salt rejection rate of 99.5% for brackish water sources.
