LG Chem BW 2521 UES RO Membrane

The LG Chem BW 2521 UES is a specialized Ultra Low Energy brackish water reverse osmosis membrane designed for maximum efficiency in light industrial and commercial applications. Part of the NanoH2O™ series, this element incorporates LG's proprietary Thin Film Nanocomposite (TFN) technology, which embeds benign nanomaterials into the membrane surface. This advanced construction increases flux (water flow) significantly while maintaining high salt rejection, allowing the system to operate at much lower pressures than standard polyamide membranes.

The "UES" designation stands for Ultra Energy Saving, indicating that this model is optimized to produce clean water at a low feed pressure of just 100 PSI. This capability drastically reduces energy consumption and pump workload, making it an excellent choice for low-salinity tap water applications, commercial spot-free rinse systems, and small-scale manufacturing where operating costs are a priority. With a standard 2.5-inch by 21-inch form factor, it fits all standard industry housings for this size class.
