The LG BW 400 R G2 is a next-generation Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Element engineered to deliver exceptional water purity for demanding industrial, municipal, and wastewater reuse applications. Utilizing LG Water Solutions' innovative Thin Film Nanocomposite (TFN) technology, this high-performance membrane embeds benign nanoparticles directly into the membrane surface. This advanced chemistry achieves an industry-leading stabilized salt rejection of 99.8% without sacrificing productivity, reliably producing 11,500 Gallons Per Day (GPD) under standard operating conditions.

Designed for long-term stability and reduced operational costs, the "G2" (Generation 2) model features a specialized 34-mil low differential pressure (low dP) feed spacer. This optimized spacer technology significantly minimizes the pressure drop across the element and enhances its intrinsic fouling resistance. By preventing the rapid accumulation of colloidal particles and scaling, the BW 400 R G2 substantially reduces cleaning frequency, chemical usage, and overall energy consumption, ensuring a lower total cost of ownership for large-scale commercial water treatment plants.
