The Fluid-o-Tech PA 1000F is a high-performance, positive displacement rotary vane pump engineered for reliable fluid transfer in demanding commercial and industrial applications. Designed to handle consistent water delivery, this pump is an excellent choice for reverse osmosis systems, ultra-filtration, beverage vending machines, and commercial carbonation systems. Internally, the PA 1000F is constructed with a precision-machined AISI 303 stainless steel rotor paired with a high-quality carbon graphite pumping chamber and vanes. This precise engineering ensures smooth operation, self-priming capabilities, and an extended service life. Configured specifically with a flange mount for secure motor coupling, this model operates without an internal bypass valve. It is capable of delivering a nominal flow rate of up to 320 gallons per hour (GPH) when driven at 1725 RPM, and can safely handle a maximum discharge pressure of 230 PSI, making it a highly dependable and efficient solution for continuous-duty fluid management.

The PO 500-1000 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housing with ½” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 500 and 1000 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any vane pumps of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 320 GPH. Maximum discharge pressure is 230 psi (16 bar). This series mounts directly to widely available NEMA 48Y motor by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.
