Fluid-o-Tech PA 1001 Rotary Vane Pump
The Fluid-o-Tech PA 1001 is a high-volume, positive displacement rotary vane pump engineered for precision fluid transfer and high-pressure water treatment systems. Built with a heavy-duty brass body, this pump is part of the esteemed Rotoflow series, designed to deliver a steady and consistent flow even in demanding industrial environments. It is a critical component for high-capacity reverse osmosis (RO) systems, cooling circulation, and water dispensing applications where reliability and durability are paramount.
Designed for seamless integration, the PA 1001 features a clamp mount configuration (V-band), allowing for easy attachment to standard NEMA 48Y motors. The internal assembly utilizes a stainless steel rotor and carbon graphite pumping chamber and vanes, which provide excellent self-priming capabilities and long service life. With an integrated bypass relief valve, the pump ensures optimal pressure control and protects the system from over-pressurization during operation.

The PO 500-1000 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housing with ½” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 500 and 1000 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any vane pumps of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 320 GPH. Maximum discharge pressure is 230 psi (16 bar). This series mounts directly to widely available NEMA 48Y motor by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.
