Fluid-o-Tech PA 1001F Rotary Vane Pump

The Fluid-o-Tech PA 1001F is a heavy-duty positive displacement rotary vane pump from the high-capacity PO/PA 500-1000 Series. Engineered to deliver exceptional volume for demanding commercial applications, this pump provides a massive nominal flow rate of 1000 LPH (approximately 264 GPH) at standard 60Hz motor speeds. It is the premier choice for large-scale reverse osmosis (RO) systems, commercial cooling loops, and high-volume fluid transfer systems where consistent, pulsation-free flow is required.

Constructed with a durable Brass housing and a stainless steel rotor, the PA 1001F is built for long-lasting reliability in non-corrosive environments. The "F" designation in the model number indicates that this unit features a Flange Mount configuration, allowing for a secure, direct bolt-on connection to compatible motors (unlike the standard carbonator band clamps). It is equipped with large 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet ports to accommodate the high fluid volume and includes a Standard Internal Bypass Valve for adjustable pressure regulation and over-pressurization protection.

The PO 500-1000 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housing with ½” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 500 and 1000 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any vane pumps of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 320 GPH. Maximum discharge pressure is 230 psi (16 bar). This series mounts directly to widely available NEMA 48Y motor by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.
