The Fluid-o-Tech PA1504X is a high-precision, positive displacement rotary vane pump designed for reliable, continuous-duty fluid transfer in demanding commercial applications. As a member of the established PA 70-400 series, this pump features a robust lead-free brass housing and a stainless steel (AISI 303) rotor, ensuring superior corrosion resistance and structural durability. The internal pumping chamber and vanes are constructed from high-density carbon graphite, which provides a self-lubricating, low-friction wear surface that ensures smooth, pulsation-free liquid output and quiet operational performance. It is an industry-standard component widely specified for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, commercial espresso coffee machines, post-mix beverage dispensers, and specialized industrial water treatment circuits where high-pressure precision is required.

Engineered for operational safety and system versatility, the PA1504X delivers a nominal flow rate of approximately 150 liters per hour (l/h) and includes a factory-integrated, balanced bypass valve. This internal relief valve is critical for protecting the pump and downstream hydraulic components from pressure spikes, allowing for precise pressure regulation directly at the pump head. The PA1504X is equipped with a standard carbonator clamp (V-band) mounting configuration, enabling direct, secure coupling to standard NEMA 48Y or 56C electric motors using an appropriate adapter. With 3/8" NPT(F) ports and optimized internal tolerances, this compact rotary vane pump provides the consistent, non-pulsating pressure necessary for mission-critical commercial and industrial equipment.
