Fluid-o-Tech PA 2510 Stainless Steel Rotary Vane Pump
The Fluid-o-Tech PA 2510 is a compact, high-performance positive displacement rotary vane pump belonging to the versatile PO/PA 70-400 Series. Engineered for medium-flow, high-pressure fluid transfer, this model is constructed with a robust Stainless Steel (AISI 303) housing and rotor, providing exceptional corrosion resistance. This premium metallurgy makes it a premier choice for handling purified water and moderately aggressive liquids in commercial reverse osmosis (RO) systems, ultra-filtration setups, and specialized industrial cooling loops where brass components are unsuitable.
Unlike other models in this size category, the PA 2510 is specifically configured without an internal bypass valve, making it ideal for systems where pressure regulation and relief are strictly managed by external plumbing components. It features a standard Carbonator Clamp Mount for secure, direct coupling to compatible NEMA 48Y or 56C motors using a stainless steel V-band clamp (a 1/2 HP motor is recommended for optimal performance). Utilizing high-density carbon graphite internal components for smooth, pulsation-free delivery, this pump generates a continuous nominal flow rate of 91 GPH (1.5 GPM) at 60Hz and can safely operate at pressures up to 230 PSI.

The PO 70-400 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housings with 3/8” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 70 and 400 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any vane pump of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 530 l/h. Maximum discharge pressure is 16 bar (230 psi). This series mounts directly to NEMA 48Y motors by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.
