The PA 3504 is an industrial-grade rotary vane pump engineered by Fluid-o-Tech to handle demanding water treatment, beverage dispensing, and cooling system applications. Manufactured with a heavy-duty, low-lead brass housing, this robust direct-drive pump provides safe and reliable performance for potable water setups. It features a specialized built-in balanced bypass valve, which allows the pump to autonomously maintain a consistent, pre-set operating pressure even when inlet feed pressures fluctuate.
Internally, the PA 3504 is built to withstand continuous-duty operation. It utilizes an AISI 303 stainless steel rotor combined with a high-impact carbon graphite pumping chamber and vanes. This precision engineering ensures a smooth, pulsation-free output that protects sensitive downstream equipment from pressure spikes. Designed for straightforward integration, the pump is equipped with standard 3/8-inch NPT ports and uses a secure metallic clamp mount for quick connection to compatible motors.
