The Fluid-o-Tech PA404 is a highly efficient, positive displacement rotary vane pump belonging to the heavy-duty PO/PA 70-400 Series. Engineered specifically for transferring clean water and moderately aggressive liquids at low flow rates and high pressures, this compact pump features a durable brass housing. Internally, it utilizes a precision-machined AISI 303 stainless steel rotor paired with a high-density carbon graphite pumping chamber and vanes. This advanced internal metallurgy provides a self-lubricating wear surface, ensuring a smooth, pulsation-free fluid output, exceptionally quiet operation, and long-lasting durability during continuous-duty commercial applications.

Designed to maximize operational reliability, the PA404 delivers a robust nominal flow rate of 105 gallons per hour (GPH) when operated at a standard 1450 RPM, and safely handles a maximum operating pressure of 230 PSI. This specific model is equipped with an integrated, balanced relief valve (bypass) designed to safely regulate system pressure directly at the pump head and provide enhanced protection against inlet pressure fluctuations. Utilizing standard 3/8" NPT(F) threaded ports and an NSF-approved elastomer seal, it strictly complies with regulations for handling potable water. Featuring a standard carbonator clamp (v-band) mounting configuration, it seamlessly couples to compatible NEMA 48Y or standard NEMA 56C electric motors, making it a dependable, industry-standard component for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, commercial cooling loops, espresso coffee machines, and beverage dispensing equipment.
