Fluid-o-Tech PA 600 Rotary Vane Pump
The Fluid-o-Tech PA 600 is a heavy-duty positive displacement rotary vane pump belonging to the high-capacity PO/PA 500-1000 Series. Engineered to provide reliable, continuous-duty fluid transfer for commercial and industrial applications, this model delivers a robust flow rate of 165 GPH (2.75 GPM) at 1450 RPM, and up to 196 GPH (3.27 GPM) at standard 60Hz motor speeds (1725 RPM). It is an excellent choice for demanding systems like reverse osmosis (RO) desalination, large-scale beverage dispensers, and commercial cooling loops that require steady, pulsation-free water delivery.
Constructed with a highly durable Brass housing and a stainless steel rotor, the PA 600 provides excellent longevity in non-corrosive fluid environments. This specific model is designed to securely mount directly to standard NEMA 48Y or 56C motors using an industry-standard Carbonator Clamp (v-band clamp). Notably, the PA 600 is engineered without an internal bypass valve, making it strictly designed for advanced pumping networks that utilize a separate, external pressure regulator or unloader valve to precisely manage system pressure. It features large 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet ports to smoothly handle its high fluid volume without restriction.

The PO 500-1000 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housing with ½” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 500 and 1000 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any vane pumps of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 320 GPH. Maximum discharge pressure is 230 psi (16 bar). This series mounts directly to widely available NEMA 48Y motor by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.
