Fluid-o-Tech PA 800F Rotary Vane Pump

 

The Fluid-o-Tech PA 800F is a high-volume positive displacement rotary vane pump designed for industrial applications requiring steady, pulsation-free flow at medium pressures. Part of the PO/PA 500-1000 series, this model features a durable Brass housing and is engineered with a 3-Bolt Flange mounting interface, distinguishing it from standard clamp-mount versions. This specific flange configuration allows for secure, direct coupling to specialized motors or bell housings often used in reverse osmosis and commercial cooling systems.

Operating with a carbon graphite pumping chamber and a stainless steel rotor, the PA 800F delivers consistent performance with water and non-aggressive chemicals. It is equipped with 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet ports to accommodate higher flow rates, capable of delivering approximately 250 GPH (Gallons Per Hour) when driven at standard motor speeds. This model is widely utilized in commercial car wash systems (spot-free rinse), water recirculation loops, and misting applications where reliable continuous duty is required.

The PO 500-1000 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housing with ½” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 500 and 1000 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any vane pumps of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 320 GPH. Maximum discharge pressure is 230 psi (16 bar). This series mounts directly to widely available NEMA 48Y motor by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.
