The Fluid-o-Tech PA0200BH0NN0000 is a compact, positive displacement rotary vane pump engineered for medium-flow and high-pressure fluid transfer. Belonging to the proven PO/PA 70-400 Series, this premium pump is constructed with a robust AISI 303 stainless steel housing and rotor. This advanced metallurgy provides exceptional corrosion resistance, making it an ideal choice for handling purified water and moderately aggressive liquids where standard brass components would be unsuitable. The internal pumping chamber and vanes are machined from high-density carbon graphite, creating a self-lubricating wear surface that ensures smooth, pulsation-free liquid delivery and long-lasting durability in continuous-duty applications.

Engineered for reliable commercial operation, the PA0200BH0NN0000 delivers a consistent nominal flow rate of approximately 75 gallons per hour (GPH) when operating at a standard 1725 RPM. Notably, this specific model is configured without an internal bypass relief valve, making it the preferred solution for system designs that manage pressure regulation and relief via external plumbing components or a dedicated Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). It is equipped with standard 3/8" NPT(F) inlet and outlet ports and utilizes a standard carbonator clamp (V-band) mounting interface, enabling secure, direct coupling to compatible NEMA 48Y or 56C electric motors. With its uncompromised material quality and precise flow dynamics, it is an industry-standard component for reverse osmosis (RO) systems, ultra-filtration loops, and specialized commercial water purification setups.

The PO 70-400 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housings with 3/8” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 70 and 400 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any vane pump of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 530 l/h. Maximum discharge pressure is 16 bar (230 psi). This series mounts directly to NEMA 48Y motors by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.
