The Fluid-o-Tech PA0401BHCNN0000 is a high-performance positive displacement rotary vane pump belonging to the renowned PO/PA 70-400 Series. Engineered for medium-flow fluid transfer applications, this model is constructed with a robust Stainless Steel (AISI 303) housing and rotor. This premium metallurgy offers exceptional durability and superior corrosion resistance, making it an ideal choice for handling purified water and moderately aggressive liquids in commercial reverse osmosis (RO) systems, ultra-filtration setups, and industrial cooling loops where standard brass components are unsuitable.
Designed for continuous-duty reliability, the PA0401BHCNN0000 features a high-density carbon graphite internal pumping chamber and vanes that ensure a smooth, pulsation-free delivery. It utilizes a standard Carbonator Clamp Mount for secure, direct coupling to compatible NEMA 48Y or 56C motors using a stainless steel V-band clamp. Delivering a robust maximum flow rate of 144 GPH (approx. 545 LPH) at 60Hz, it can safely operate at pressures up to 260 PSI. Additionally, it is equipped with a Standard Bypass Relief Valve to precisely manage extraction pressures and protect downstream plumbing from unexpected pressure spikes.

The PO 70-400 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housings with 3/8” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 70 and 400 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any vane pump of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 530 l/h. Maximum discharge pressure is 16 bar (230 psi). This series mounts directly to NEMA 48Y motors by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.
