Fluid-o-Tech PA 071 Rotary Vane Pump (PA071ANCNN0046)
The Fluid-o-Tech PA 071 (Part Number PA071ANCNN0046) is a compact positive displacement rotary vane pump from the PO/PA 70-400 Series. This specific configuration is a "short" pump designed for low-flow, high-pressure applications, making it the industry standard for single-group espresso machines, beverage carbonation systems, and reverse osmosis loops.
Constructed with a Brass housing and a stainless steel rotor, this model delivers a consistent flow rate of approximately 25-30 GPH (nominal 70-100 LPH) depending on motor speed (50Hz vs 60Hz). The "0046" suffix typically indicates a specific factory configuration (often related to the default pressure relief setting or seal batch) for a particular OEM application, but it remains fully interchangeable with standard PA 071 pumps. It features 3/8" NPT inlet and outlet ports and utilizes the standard Carbonator Clamp interface for direct mounting to NEMA 48Y motors. The integrated bypass valve allows for easy pressure adjustment, ensuring precise control over extraction or recirculation pressures.

The PO 70-400 series positive displacement rotary vane pumps are available with brass or stainless steel housings with 3/8” GAS or NPT ports and internal relief valve. The nominal flow rates range between 70 and 400 l/h at 1450 rpm. Any vane pump of this series may be operated at 1725 rpm as well and will provide about 20% more capacity, with a maximum of 530 l/h. Maximum discharge pressure is 16 bar (230 psi). This series mounts directly to NEMA 48Y motors by means of a v-band clamp and to M71, M80 IEC and NEMA 56C motors by means of an adapter and relevant coupling.
