This fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pressure vessel is purpose-sized and pressure-rated to house a SW30-2514 seawater RO membrane element, giving system builders a direct-fit housing for one of the most widely used seawater desalination membranes in marine and yacht watermaker applications. Proudly designed and manufactured in the United States, this vessel is built to hold a single 2.5" x 14" membrane, matching the SW30-2514's exact footprint and operating range.

Constructed with a durable, non-corrosive fiberglass housing in natural color (white finish available on request), this vessel features end-entry feed and brine ports standard on every unit. An anodized aluminum retaining clamp locking device makes installation straightforward, while flush-mount anodized aluminum or acetal co-polymer end plugs, backed by stainless steel backing plates, keep fitting installation simple even in tight equipment spaces. FDA-approved ethylene propylene (EPDM) O-rings are standard, providing a reliable seal for continuous seawater service.

Rated for 1,000 PSI working pressure, this vessel matches the SW30-2514's maximum operating pressure precisely, giving the membrane full headroom across its entire 800–1,000 PSI operating range without over- or under-sizing the housing. At a compact 17" overall length, it's well suited for marine watermaker installations, offshore platforms, and other seawater desalination systems built around this membrane size.
