The FilmTec™ SW30HRLE-4040 is a premium, high-rejection Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) membrane element designed to deliver superior water quality while maintaining high energy efficiency. As a 4-inch diameter version of the industry-leading SW30HRLE-400, this element is specifically engineered for medium-sized desalination systems, providing a reliable source of high-purity drinking water from high-salinity feed sources.

 The "HRLE" (High Rejection, Low Energy) technology offers an unprecedented combination of high salt rejection and productivity. It is particularly effective at removing sodium chloride and boron, helping systems meet stringent World Health Organization (WHO) and other drinking water standards. With a robust 28 mil feed spacer and a high active surface area of 85 sq. ft., the SW30HRLE-4040 ensures long-term performance and durability in demanding marine and industrial environments. Its high flux design allows systems to operate at lower pressures, reducing overall energy consumption and capital costs.
