The Hydranautics SWC4 MAX is a high-rejection Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) membrane element, representing the highest performance tier in the Hydranautics Seawater Composite (SWC) family. This element is engineered specifically for demanding applications involving high-salinity feed water, such as municipal and industrial desalination plants.

The SWC4 MAX utilizes Hydranautics’ advanced membrane chemistry to deliver an exceptional combination of high salt rejection (typically 99.8%) and high permeate flow, helping to reduce the overall number of elements required in a system and lowering capital costs. Designed to operate at elevated pressures (up to 1,200 psi), the SWC4 MAX provides a nominal permeate flow of 9,000 GPD under standard test conditions, ensuring reliable production of high-quality potable water from seawater sources.
