The Hydranautics SWC5 MAX is a high-productivity Seawater Reverse Osmosis Element engineered to deliver an optimal balance of exceptional salt rejection and maximized permeate flow. Built with an advanced composite polyamide polymer, this 8-inch commercial membrane is specifically designed for the rigorous demands of large-scale seawater desalination plants and high-salinity brackish water applications. By significantly reducing total dissolved solids (TDS) and effectively rejecting boron and other critical contaminants, it ensures the consistent production of high-purity potable water for municipal, marine, and industrial use.

Designed to maximize system efficiency and lower overall capital costs, the "MAX" designation indicates that this element features a massive 440 square foot active surface area. This high-surface-area construction utilizes a durable 28-mil feed spacer, allowing for maximum water production per pressure vessel without significantly increasing the system's overall footprint.
